Доверие как модератор связи отношения к этническому многообразию и аккультурационных ожиданий принимающего населения

Аннотация

Проведено исследование роли генерализованного доверия личности в качестве модератора связи отношения к этническому многообразию и таких аккультурационных ожиданий, как интеграция и ассимиляция. В процессе теоретического анализа выдвинуто два предположения. 1. Чем выше принятие этнического многообразия, тем выше ориентация на аккультурационное ожидание «Интеграция» и ниже — на аккультурационное ожидание «Ассимиляция». 2. У людей с разным уровнем доверия наблюдается различие во взаимосвязях отношения к этническому многообразию и аккультурационных ожиданий: в случае негативного отношения к этническому многообразию люди с более высоким доверием будут в большей мере отдавать предпочтение интеграции, и в меньшей — ассимиляции, чем люди с низким доверием. Выборку исследования составили 198 русских респондентов (59 мужчин и 139 женщин, средний возраст — 28,6 лет). Инструментарий исследования: методика оценки доверия Т. Ямагиши [50]; опросник оценки степени принятия личностью этническо¬го многообразия [23]; адаптированная методика оценки аккультурационных ожиданий Дж. Берри [5]. Исследование подтвердило предположение о том, что доверие является модератором связи отношения к этническому многообразию с аккультурационными ожиданиями. В статье обсуждается содержательный смысл выявленной модерации.
