Digital Humanities and Technology in Education (DHTE 2023)

About

Included in thematic selections: Digital Humanities and Technology in Education (DHTE)

The international trend associated with the active introduction of digital technologies in education is gaining strength. Digital transformation of education is one of the priorities of state policy in the Russian Federation. The state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education» for 2018 – 2025 includes the implementation of the federal project «Digital Educational Environment». In 2023, within the framework of the federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy» of the national program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation», the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, is actively implementing the project «Digital Departments» for universities participating in the «Priority 2030» program. The first «shock» from the sudden and massive transition of the education system «to digital rails» during the COVID-19 pandemic is replaced by an understanding of the new possibilities of digital technologies, the need and convenience of their application in modern professional and everyday life. As a result, there are more and more constructive proposals and studies of various aspects of digitalization of education.
