Event in the structure of biographical text

The author describes the specifics of construction of autobiographical text consisting of various events that are put in order. Such events (i.e. constantly happening actions in one's life) or incidents (in the aggregate of their significant and insignificant characteristics) are considered a unit of life, and their inclusion in an autobiographical text transforms incident into one's own event («event-for-myself») through one being involved in it and being concerned about its meanings and amplification, that is, through imparting excessive meaning to such incidents. The article describes several specificities of biographical eventfulness – «event expectancy» (i.e. one's «existential preparedness» for event), «rich description» (i.e. amplification), symbolization, prioritization of events by their meaning, «coherent wave», «ontological impulse», and «the feeling of the possible» («the feeling of «if»).
