Value-normative method of evaluation of educational motivation of students

Abstract

This paper discusses the methodology of construction and contents of diagnostic technique that allows to assess the level of development of students’ academic motivation under the condition of a transition to two-level system of vocational training. Unlike used for this purpose questionnaires, techniques of paired comparison, ranking, including projective techniques, value-normative technique permits to differentiate known educational motives from actually operating educational motives.
