Abstract

An attempt to consider and characterize existing tendencies of African studies development since of the end XIX century has been made in work for the first time. The aspiration to consider and isolate comprehensively all the complex of problem questions and approaches in foreign historiography concerning the British colonial policy in South Africa is important for this research. Huge value is removed to researching of interest origin reasons for Southern Africa studying both in foreign science.
