This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information posted on the website at https://psyjournals.ru/ (hereinafter - the Site), which visitors may obtain while using the Site, its services, programs and products.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site Administration (hereinafter - the Site Administration)" - employees authorized to administer the site acting on behalf of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Moscow State University of Psychology and Education", address: Russia, 127051, Moscow, 29, Sretenka St. (hereinafter - the Operator), who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2 "Personal Data" - any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or definable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow its dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.
1.1.5. "Website User (hereinafter referred to as "User")" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet.
1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's device, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the respective website.
1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. General Provisions
2.1 The use of the Site by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

3. Subject of Privacy Policy
3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration on non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection mode of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Site Administration when registering on the Website and when interacting with the Website services.
3.2 The personal data authorized for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy shall be provided by the User through filling in the registration form on the Site in the Registration section https://psyjournals.ru/auth/signup, as well as by entering personal data when using the Site services, and include the following information:
3.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the User;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;
3.2.3. electronic mail (e-mail) address.
3.3. Information mandatory for the providing of services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion.

5. Conditions, Methods and Time of Processing Personal Information
5.1 The User's personal information is kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the User agrees that a certain part of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.
5.2 Processing of the User's personal data shall be carried out without a limitation of time, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automated means. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006
5.3 The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties only in cases when the transfer is necessary for the use of a certain service by the User or for the execution of a certain agreement or contract with the User.
5.4 The User's personal data may be transferred to competent state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation.
5.5 In case of the loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.6 The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or random access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.7 The Site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
5.8 By providing the data of third parties necessary for the use of the Site services, the User confirms that he/she has received the consent of such persons to the processing of their personal data or that the User is authorized to express consent on behalf of such persons.
5.9. The User is notified that he/she bears responsibility established by the law of the Russian Federation in case of provision of personal data of third parties without obtaining appropriate authorization from them.
6. Obligations of the Parties
6.1 The User is obliged to:
6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2 The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure the confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in existing business practice.
6.2.4 Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of the detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1 The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
7.3 The User is solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of personal data of the User and third parties.
8. Resolution of Disputes
8.1 Before appealing to court with a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relations between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2 The recipient of the claim shall within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the SIte Administration.
9. Additional Conditions
9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
