Uznadze, Georgian psychologist and philosopher who developed the general-psychological theory of ustanovka, founder of the Georgian school of psychology, Professor of Tbilisi State University (1918), where he founded Department of Psychology, Director of the Institute of Psychology of Georgian Academy of Sciences, Full Member of Georgian Academy of Sciences (1941).
