Abstract

The paper is a synopsis of the report presented by Gregory Bateson at the meeting of the Psychiatric Institute. The author presented the hypotheses of his forthcoming research project on schizophrenic communication. He reviewed the theory of evolution and game theory and applied the resulting theoretical system to behaviour analysis.
