Students' practice on the help-line. Organizational and subjective issues

Abstract

This article outlines some of the major organizational and subjective issues of practice on the Help-line. 34 students' essays were analyzed to figure out the most stressing and facilitating aspects of professional practice in this specific setting, as well as personal focuses during practice. The issues of therapist's actions and attitudes were found out to be the most topical for students, leaving other sides of therapeutic situation much behind.
