Supervision in the preparation of the leading psychological training

Abstract

The article presents the specifics of supervision in the preparation of the leading groups of psychological training. Supervision for the coach is seen as a necessary stage of professional development specialist, uses this kind of psychological work. Based on the practice of supervision in the training of psychologists, counselors, the authors describe the procedure and demonstrate the specificity of this type of work emanating from the mechanisms of the training group. This paper describes a case study of supervision in the training group, which shows how the process is organized, what its specificity, and what are its features.
