Abstract

In the current digest, we present the review of the current notions of psychological factors of suicide risk in the framework of the new generation of theories of suicide. Professional and age-related risks of suicide are touched upon. Targets of psychotherapeutic intervention and prevention are considered from the viewpoint of modern theories.
