Application of the eye tracker in the practice of professional selection of personnel

Abstract

The article discusses the results of the application of the eye tracker and the polygraph in the practice of professional selection of personnel. The obtained experimental data indicate the high prognostic ability diagnostics using eye tracking in the selection of personnel.
