Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of information security provision for subjects of educational process in the context of an interdisciplinary approach on the basis of solution of humanitarian, sci-tech, personnel and legal problems in this sphere. An assumption that stiffening of control over social life in the area of information circulation by means of broadening of the “law violation” conceptual field is an unpredictable and dangerous method, was proposed as the hypothesis. Until the falseness of this position is recognized, the convergence of laws and real rules by which the country lives is virtually impossible. The article gives a characteristic of the sources of threats to information security of subjects of educational process; indicates the problems related to legal regulation of circulation of information products used for teaching and educating children in educational institutions; identifies the main problem domains in the area of information security provision for subjects of educational process. Such domains are psychological and legal problems, problems of staffing support of the information security of subjects of educational process; sci-tech problems of information security provision for educational environment.
