Abstract

The major political, social and economic task of Republic of Belarus is the comprehensive assured defence by the state and society of childhood. A child is provided with the large volume of rights, one of that is a right on life. This right is closely related to the problem of abortions. It is necessary to pay attention to securing of right for life of the unborn children, because on the scopes the problem of abortions purchased threatening character.
