Abstract

The review provides comprehensive analysis of the textbook "The Psychology of Russian Business" by E. B. Philinkova. The current state of the Russian enterprising is characterized and its most topical problems are revealed basing on the materials of the textbook. It is shown that the subject of current business psychology in Russia should be extended from its actual state (what there is) to the desired proper state and measures necessary to achieve it (what there should be).
