New Scientific Journal on Psychiatry "Consortium Psychiatricum" on the Portal of Psychological Publications

In the days when World Mental Health Day is celebrated all over the world, the PsyJournals.ru portal of psychological publications has a new partner publication on psychiatry - the scientific journal "Consortium Psychiatricum". The journal was founded in 2020 with the participation of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists (RSP) and the Russian Association for the Advancement of Science (RAAS). The Chief Editor of the journal is Georgy Petrovich Kostyuk, Doctor of Medical Science, Professor, Head Physician of the State Budgetary Institution of Health "N.A. Alekseev Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Moscow City Health Department", Chief Freelance Specialist Psychiatrist of the Moscow City Health Department.

The journal “Consortium Psychiatricum” publishes materials on psychiatry, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, public health and the organization of healthcare, the epidemiology of mental disorders, fundamental research in neuropsychology and psychiatry, and interdisciplinary research. The format of the articles is varied, ranging from research studies, reviews, commentaries, clinical cases, and discussion pieces.

The journal is published quarterly and until recently it was published only in English. But in 2023, the editorial board decided to make the journal bilingual and already 2 issues have been published in Russian (Volume 4 Issue 1 and Volume 4 Issue 3). At the same time, the printed version is still only in English.

The "Consortium Psychiatricum" journal is indexed in the international scientific database Scopus and is included in the core of RSCI.

We would like to draw attention to the thematic selection of the journal's publications dedicated to World Mental Health Day. It emphasises that mental health services exist everywhere, and telepsychiatry, for example, is being actively introduced, but this has not always been the case.
