Exploring artificial Intelligence, pedagogical reflection, and emotion recognition in the journal "Psychological Science and Education"

The journal "Psychological Science and Education" presents the third issue of 2025 (No. 3, 2025). The issue includes studies on the application of artificial intelligence, the impact of prolonged smartphone use on attention, and the causes of graduate student burnout.
In the section "Developmental Psychology," articles are presented on the relationship between the quality of play support and the level of pedagogical reflection, executive functioning, and motor skills in older preschool children. The personal factors influencing students' experiences at a pedagogical university are also examined.
The section "Educational Psychology" presents studies on the psychological prerequisites and barriers to teachers' innovative activity, the style of scientific supervision as a predictor of motivation and burnout among graduate students, as well as an analysis of awareness, readiness, and practices related to the application of artificial intelligence in school mathematics education.
The issue features international publications—studies conducted in Turkey, Indonesia, and Serbia—dedicated to the impact of blended learning and self-efficacy on the civic behavior of elementary school students, the effects of prolonged smartphone use on distractibility, as well as a study on emotion recognition depending on the observer's profession.
