Two articles in the issue are devoted to prosocial behavior: an empirical study of the relationship between identity and prosocial behavior among contemporary Russian youth by Gurieva S.D., Liapina T.E., Yumkina E.A., Maltseva A.V., and Shilkina N.E., and an analysis of three dominant typologies of prosocial behavior in the scientific literature, conducted by Mikhailova O.R. and Bochaver A.A., published in the section “Applied Research and Practice”.

The section “Methodological Tools” presents an adapted version of the “Career Engagement Scale”, used to assess career development, by Volkova N.V., Bordunos A.K., and Chiker V.A., as well as the relevance index of the professional burnout topic in Russian mass media, developed and tested by Zavertiaeva M.A., Naidenova I.N., and Kireecheva A.D., with a description of the possibilities for its further use by researchers, practitioners, and public institutions.

In the section “Discussions and Disputations”, Petrowskiy V.A. shares his opinion on the article by G.V. Akopov, “Stages in the Conceptual Development of Social Psychology in Russia (on the 95th anniversary of B.D. Parygin”, published in Issue No. 2 (2025) of the journal “Social Psychology and Society”. The article by Tolstykh N.N. and Makhnach A.V. discusses the problem of the use of closely related but not identical concepts of “zhiznesposobnost” and “resilience” in Russian psychological discourse.

The section “Scientific Life” presents a report by Aleksandrova E.A. and Shorokhova V.A. on the international scientific and practical conference “Ethnopsychology: Theory and Practice”, held on November 21–22, 2025, at the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
