(Moscow, June 20 – June 22, 2011)
Conference organizers: Educational Department of Moscow, Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University, The Institute of Inclusive Education Problems.
We invite to participate: specialists, who develop the inclusive education practice in Russia and abroad (scientists, psychologists, professors, organizers, authorities, etc.), representatives of the public organizations of disabled children’s parents and of other organizations, solving the problems of the education, social cultural rehabilitation and psychological-pedagogical support and people, who solve these problems initiatively.
Conference aim: The exchange of the inclusive education experience in Russia and worldwide, the analysis of the presented experience, discussion of methodological orientations, principles and limits, that should be followed in the development of practice and technologies of inclusive education in Russia.
Working languages of the conference – English and Russian.
Directions of the conference work:

Theoretical-methodological and philosophical problems of inclusive education.

Organizational and management points of the realization of inclusive practice in education.

Scientific-methodological basis of the inclusive education.

Psychological-pedagogical accompaniment of the inclusive education process participants.

Preparation of the employees for the inclusive practice provision.

Social-cultural practices in the creation of the educational domain.
Types of activities and cooperation of the conference participants:
Plenary and section reports, stand reports, master-classes, round tables devoted to the sharpest and the most urgent points, working out of the cooperative projects devoted to the non-solved problems of the inclusive education and the successful experience translation. We will be glad to see from our participants both reports reflecting the successful experience of the inclusive education implementation and the reports about «complicated cases» or the problems, that have no solution today.
Conditions of participation

To send the application form (look application 1) to the e-mail of the organization committee ipio.mgppu@gmail.com you should write the name of the letter «application form and materials for the conference» in order that they are not sent to spam box.

To pay the organization fee. The form is available on these web-sites http://www.inclusive-edu.ru and http://www.mgppu.ru.
The organization fee including the price of the materials makes 800 rubles at the registration when paid before April, 30 and 1000 rubles after April 30. Fee for students is 480/600 rubles and 160/200 roubles for the University colleagues. It is possible to pay only in the Russian Federation Territory.
By the beginning of the conference the compilation of materials will be edited. It is necessary to send the materials (volume up to 5 pages – 12500 signs) together with the application form before March, 31. The Microsoft Word foe Windows should be used for the text. Everything should be typed with Times New Roman (all the fields 3,0 centimeters), the size 14, indent 1,25. The usage of graphics schemes and drawings is not allowed. You can make a drawing in .cdr or .jpg format, but not exaggerating 100 Kb. The usage of tables with album orientation is not allowed. The literature list is based on usage of quotations and links. You should point out in the text the title of the sources.
Organization Committee leaves for themselves the right to the selection of received thesis from the point of view of their level and in comparison of the conference theme and the right to reduce and edit them.
We pay your attention that the organization fee is related to the participation in the conference, but not to the publication as it is. The participation in the conference without publication is possible as well. The information about accept of the materials will be delivered before April, 20.
