Welcome to the online manuscript submission form of the journals published by the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
MSUPE online publishing system (OPS) functions on a “one password – two websites” basis: this means that all services of this system are available only to the registered users of PsyJournals.ru.
If you wish to submit your manuscript to a journal published by the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, you should:

1. Review the list of MSUPE journals and choose the appropriate one for your application. -
2. Carefully follow our Journal Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and attach all necessary documents. -
3. Log in to your account on PsyJournals.ru and/or go to your “Personal Profile”. If you forgot your password, use the “Recover password” link. -
4. Check that all personal data in your account is displayed correctly: it will be used in the online publishing system. To edit your personal data, go to the “User Profile” section. You will be asked to enter your password to save changes. -
5. Then switch to the “Online Publishing System” tab to register for the MSUPE online publishing system. When the registration is completed, click “Go to online publishing system”. You will then be redirected to the OPS website. -
6. Log in using your PsyJournals.ru credentials (e-mail and password). This will allow you to use all available services. -
7. In your profile, find the “My journals” section and select the journal you wish to submit your manuscript to. -
8. Follow the “Manuscript submission” link.
Once you have completed these steps, your credentials will be saved and the next time you wish to submit a manuscript you will only need to log in to the OPS.
