The Publishing House of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE Publishing House) publishes 15 peer-reviewed scientific and scientific-practical journals in various fields of psychology, pedagogy, and related scientific disciplines.
The rules for working with manuscripts in the journals are defined in the methodological guide "Guidelines for Preparing Publications in Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education" (hereinafter – the Guidelines). The Guidelines provide requirements and recommendations to assist researchers in preparing to publish the results of their scientific or scientific-practical activities in the university's peer-reviewed journals. It describes the preparation, submission, and publication process for author manuscripts, unified for all scientific journals of Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. A detailed description of this process, its requirements, and implementation recommendations helps authors interact effectively with journal editorial boards, utilize and promote their published results. These recommendations are intended for researchers and practitioners in psychology and related scientific fields, as well as for journal editorial staff to enhance the quality of scientific publications.
Use the submission checklist

Familiarize yourself with the Guidelines for Preparing Publications in Peer-Reviewed Journals of Moscow State University of Psychology and Education -
Deposit research datasets in the Data and Research Materials Repository (if applicable) -
Download the journal-specific manuscript style file and cover letter template (Choose the style file for the journal to which you are submitting the manuscript) -
Format your manuscript using the style file of the selected journal -
Register in the Online Publishing System of Psychological Journals (if submitting a manuscript for the first time) -
Upload the manuscript and supporting materials in the Online Publishing System of Psychological Journals -
Complete and submit supporting documents to the editorial office: publishing license agreement and consent forms for the processing and dissemination of personal data (required when the manuscript is accepted for publication in a journal)
Additional Important Information
- A manuscript can only be submitted to one journal at a time.
- For two out of the fifteen journals, an English-language translation of the manuscript is required(“Cultural-Historical Psychology” and “Psychological Science and Education”).
- No fees are charged for pre-publication preparation and publication in MSUPE Publishing House journals.
- All journal publications of MSUPE Publishing House are available in open access on the PsyJournals.ru portal.
