Within the framework of the National Competition "Golden Psyche," she served as a member of the Expert Council (selecting finalists based on the results from 2019–2023) and the Grand Jury (selecting winners based on the results from 2019–2023).
In 1996, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Pedagogical University named after M.A. Sholokhov.
In 1997, she defended her Candidate’s dissertation on the topic: "Research into the Process of Solving Diagnostic Tasks by a Practical Psychologist." In 2008, she defended her Doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Structural and Functional Organization of Psychodiagnostic Activities of Education Specialists."
She is a Certified Consulting Psychologist in Positive Psychotherapy (Wiesbaden Postgraduate Center for Psychotherapy and Family Therapy – WIPF, German Association for Positive Psychotherapy, International Center for Positive Psychotherapy, Transcultural Family Therapy and Psychosomatic Medicine), and a Certified Consulting Psychologist in Psychodynamic Counseling.
