The issue is devoted to the discussion of topical issues of building a rehabilitation and educational environment for children with disabilities and disabilities, contributing to the activation of personal resources and overcoming social deprivation through the organization of children's and adult communities. The problems of introducing children with disabilities to joint activities in the educational and social environment, the activation of personal resources, overcoming the psychological isolation of families with children with disabilities due to the transition from working with a child's "defect" to working with its social consequences, increasing the social inclusion of families with children with disabilities in the field of education and employment, expanding rehabilitation services for disabled children are considered. Taking into account these problems is also a necessary condition for improving the professionalism of specialists of rehabilitation and education institutions in the field of organizing a rehabilitation and educational environment for children with disabilities and disabilities.
