Abstract

An inside view of the old age – that is how this autobiographical narrative can be described. On the one part, the article schematically shows the main, typical, routinely recurring phases of an elderly person's everyday life. On the other part, the author makes a subjective attempt to find the deep meaning of this stage of life and to regard it as a philosophical, existential problem.
