Salvendy has changes the corporative culture - form hierarchical to more open, insisted on reading and publishing in Western peer-reviewed journals. At the moment more than 1500 Chinese managers have cycled through the Tsinghua university training programs; programs based on that course were developed and implemented throughout China.
