1953

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of belief in a just world, justice sensitivity and their relation to psychological well-being among adults with severe visual impairments (blind and visually impaired) and sighted adults. The results allow to conclude that the belief in a just world is a resource for both groups of respondents, while its connection with the psychological well-being is more pronounced among people with impaired vision. They are also more sensitive to justice in comparison with sighted respondents. The study found differences between persons with sight disabilities of the first and second groups: the first of them are more sensitive to justice.
