In order to experimentally confirm the influence of elements of fine art on the psycho-emotional well-being of students (reducing stress levels), the authors conducted an empirical study on a sample of students from the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University. A total of 82 subjects took part in the study. As the main methods, the authors use observation, survey, analysis of educational and scientific literature, formalized methods: the PSM25 psychological stress scale (Lemur-Tesier-Fillion psychological stress scale) and the «A. Leonova Subjective Comfort Scale». The mathematical criteria were the nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test and the Wilcoxon T test. As part of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that isotherapy is an effective tool for reducing stress and increasing the subjective comfort of students.
