Abstract

Context and relevance. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to introduce innovative technologies into the processes of personnel assessment and selection in order to increase their effectiveness. Of particular importance is the introduction of technological solutions (artificial intelligence, computer psychodiagnostics, eye tracking), which not only optimize the selection processes, but also increase the reliability of the assessment of professional competencies and personal qualities of candidates. Modern conditions require an integrated approach combining traditional assessment methods with digital technologies to increase the effectiveness of personnel selection. Objective: development and validation of the Verum psychodiagnostic system, aimed at increasing the reliability of the assessment of personal characteristics and identifying distorted information while minimizing the psychological discomfort of respondents during testing. Hypothesis. The detection of intentional concealment of information by a person by registering the reactions of the pupils of the eyes with the VERUM-EYE tracker using an alternation of verification questions and questions of controlled lies is comparable in effectiveness to the detection of intentionally hidden information by registering KGR, FPG and breathing with a polygraph. Methods and materials. The VERUM-EYE eye tracker was used to register changes in the pupils, and the Diana-07 polygraph was used to record CGR, FPG, and respiration. Two hundred people participated in the study — employees of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA and its subsidiaries undergoing routine testing, as well as candidates applying for employment with the company. Among them were 100 active employees (67 men and 33 women) and 100 candidates (61 men and 39 women), aged 25 to 60 years. Results. The hypothesis put forward about the ability of the Verum package to detect a deliberately hidden stimulus in the laboratory is confirmed.
