Abstract

Abstract: the article considers the concept “family” in the Russian and German language world views. Also, it reveals the core differences and similarities of the universal cultural concept. The author of the article studies the semantics of the concept “family” and, moreover, the contextual meanings of the concept based on the proverbs of Russian and German.
