Abstract

The article continues the cycle of methodological developments of authors [1] - [17]. It examines the current problems of modern education related to the need to form not just a specialist, but also a person as a whole, first of all, her civic position. The authors are based on personal experience of working at the Faculty of Information Technology of the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
