Anxiety and the possibility of its reduction in children starting to attend kindergarten
Abstract
The article considers such a difficult period of a child's life as the transition from kindergarten to school, and related psychological problems. It is indicated that it is during this period that the child has a risk of anxiety and difficulties associated with adaptation. The concept of anxiety is understood from the point of view of various psychologists, such as A. M. Parishioners, R. S. Nemov, L. A. Kitaev-Smyk, etc. A study aimed at identifying the specifics of anxiety in children of different periods of preschool age, as well as factors affecting the formation and development of the child's personality. Specific features of anxiety dynamics are revealed, examples are given, supported by tables and experimental data.
