Abstract

Context and relevance. The relevance of the study is due to the creation in Russia in the 90s of services of comprehensive social and psychological assistance to the population, which led to the need to differentiate the training of psychologists and the development of clear professionographic requirements for their activities. Despite the development of the field of professionography in general, research on the requirements for social professionals, in particular for psychologists, remains poorly studied compared to the fields of production and trade. Purpose. Development of a comprehensive model of effective psychologist, which will allow to assess the professionally important qualities of a specialist, including the ability to social perception, the ability to receive a client and have a positive impact, as well as the presence and maintenance of a "resource state." Methods and materials. Analysis of theoretical models of an effective psychologist (component, structural, systemic and prognostic models of special abilities). A literature review on the problem of professionally important qualities and emotional combustion syndrome (works by X. J. Freidenberg, K. Kondo, R. Schwaba, S. Maslach and others). Consideration of the results of the study of N. A. Aminov and M.V. Molokanov (1992) on the study of the prerequisites of the socio-psychological abilities of psychological students. Results. Four groups of models of an effective psychologist are identified: component, structural, models based on dynamic systems and prognostic models of special abilities. It is noted that according to the research of N. A. Aminov and M.V. Molokanov, the key factor of professional fitness is the ability to recognize deviations from the normal functioning of the object in the process of communication. It is determined that the assessment of the effectiveness of the psychologist's work should be based on indicators of social intelligence (the speed of recognition of behavior changes) and fasilativity (the force of influence on a person). The importance of assessing the emotional readiness of a specialist for work was revealed, in particular, the analysis of susceptibility to emotional combustion syndrome (burnout) as an indicator of maladjustment to the workplace. Conclusion. To ensure the quality of psychological assistance, it is necessary to expand experimental work on the creation of new methods for assessing the professional activity of psychologists and to summarize the experience of attestation work in educational institutions and psychological centers.
