Abstract

The article presents psychological-educational conditions for organization and staged work of a mentor with an adolescent-youth group. The most important one is management “using feedback”. Examples from the educational practice are shown. One of the most effective modern techniques of personality formation “communard’s method” of I.P.Ivanov is considered.
