Abstract

In the article the basic theoretical approaches to consideration of a problem of the social capital are allocated. The social capital is analyzed from the point of view of its distribution on various levels of the analysis of social system. The presented variants of combinations of distribution of the social capital on various levels of the analysis of a society allow to reveal the basic obstacles and necessary preconditions in a way of formation of a civil society.
