One of priority directions of modern conflictology is preparation of constructive mechanisms of the decision of conflicts. In general certain contradictions occurring in a society compels people to vary rather their settlements. Historically there were various forms of settlement of conflicts. The concept the resolution of conflict assumes resolution of conflicts and the problems standing on the basis of these contradictions by means of joint efforts of subjects of the conflict. For the resolution of conflict activity of both subjects of the conflict is required.
