Abstract

Moral and spiritual rules and law rules are interconnected and together preserve development of a person and his/her universal values. The morals are a law source, and the law, in turn, is the morals implementer. The full realization of moral norms is possible only in a civil society where the law becomes the purpose of a public life and puts in the center of a public life the dignity and inalienable rights of a person.
