Abstract

In this article the variant of the seminar lessons results of the topic «The Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people» is offered. The aim of these lessons is to master existing knoledge refeired during the course. The are some consepts, wich are reformed in this article. They are about now and in what conditions the system of social defense was born in the country.
