Drugs state policy: from social orientation to risks

Abstract

In this article has been descried of basic course drugs state policy: registration, licensing, insurance, price policy, patent policy. The author has examined contemporary Russian pharmaceutical market and has concluded that unreasoned drugs state policy promote to appearance new human risks.
