The international trend toward the active integration of digital technologies into education continues to accelerate. The initial “digital shock” caused by the sudden and large-scale transition of educational systems to digital formats during the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually been replaced by an appreciation of the new opportunities afforded by digital technologies, as well as recognition of their necessity and convenience in modern professional and everyday contexts. Digital technologies have become an integral component of daily life, and the digital transformation of education has been declared a priority area of public policy in the Russian Federation.

On November 13–14, 2025, Moscow hosted the 6th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital Humanities and Technologies in Education” (DHTE 2025). The conference brought together educators and researchers from Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and China. Russian participants represented a wide geographical range—from St. Petersburg to Sevastopol, from Ussuriysk to Moscow.

The Moscow State University of Psychology and Education has published an online collection of papers from the conference, “Digital Humanities and Technologies in Education (DHTE 2025)”. The collection published in open access on the Psychological Publications Portal PsyJournals.ru.

Collections from previous years (2020-2024) are also available on the Portal in thematic selection.
