Abstract

The paper overviews the problems of various political institutions engagement in the process of development of state policy in the field of science and technology. The paper also analyzes the problem of expert community involvement in the process. Particular attention is given such approaches to development of state science and technology policy as political, objective, and subjective. Conclusion about promises of political approach application is made.
