Abstract

The paper proposes system of measures aimed at optimization of labor optimization for penitentiary system psychologists in terms of emergencies prevention and ensuring security of penitentiary system employees. This system consists of general prevention measures and individual psychological prevention work with personnel of penitentiary system.
