The Model of Organizing the Educational Space of the School as a Point of Growth of Rural Development

Abstract

The main idea of the project is to design the educational space of the school as a training ground, which reflects the trends in the municipal and regional environment of today, which makes it possible for students to acquire “hard” and “soft” competencies. With this model of educational space, the main goal for students is to master the position of a designer who actively opens and builds his own professional educational trajectory, which helps to increase interest and motivation for learning, acts as an activating professional orientation. The implementation of activating vocational guidance becomes one of the factors motivating students to build their personal educational route. Career guidance is understood not as a highly specialized area of psychological knowledge or education, but as a means of socializing young people, forms the ability to professional self-determination, to goal-setting, based on an analysis of the situation on the labor market. Students acquire the skills of project thinking and the ability to build life plans taking into account their capabilities and tasks facing the region and the country.
