Language against Unconscious

Abstract

This is a brief review of the book by M. Golder and A. Gonzalez 'Freud In Vigotsky. Uncounscious and Language' (2006, 500 copies, in Spanish). It gives some information about the conference on cultural-historical psychology that took place in Brazil in 2006. Among the participants who sent their theses from the conference to the editors of the 'Cultural-Historical Psychology' journal was Alejandro Gonzalez. His paper was actually a synopsis of the second part of his book. This review it introduces the publication of the text by A. Gonzalez; it describes the difficulties with translating the text and sets forth the main ideas and discussion topics of the latter.
