Abstract

Article is dedicated to scientific and historical heritage of outstanding native clinician and psychologist G.Ya.Troshin. Interesting facts of his biography are provided. Theoretical analysis of main positions of G.Ya. Troshin's abnormal development conception is presented. G.Ya Troshin's role in the development of special psychology theory is discussed. G.Ya Troshin's conception was assessed from the modern special psychology perspective.
