Abstract

This article discusses concepts of psychological border, and optimal psychological border. The results of the forming experiment aimed at development of functions of the psychological border and their optimization are presented. Statistical analysis shows the effectiveness of employment body-oriented methods based on spontaneous movement and resolution of movement tasks for the development of the psychological border functions. A variety of disharmonic development of functions of the psychological border that determine current personal tasks are described. Qualitative analysis shows that current personal tasks of the developmental group participants get resolved in the process of developmental work; as well as their psychological borders get optimized.
