Abstract

The paper provides an overview of the Second All-Russian Conference "Psychological and Educational Support of Children with Disabilities: Treating Intellectual Disabilities in Children within Contemporary Education System" that was held at the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education in March 5— 6, 2013. Special attention is brought to the high relevance of the conference's topic and to the analysis of the issues that were discussed.
