Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of telephone counseling the suicidal clients. The author presents the research results of characteristics of such a process. De-scribes the specific methods and stages of research. It is assumed that there exists the definite correlation between degree of suicide threat and level of personal or-ganization. Illustrated by the diagnostic study of suicidal clients helpline.
