Structural-dynamic characteristcs of thinking of patients with depressive disorders in the study of creative problem solving

Abstract

This article discusses specificity of structural-dynamic characteristics of thinking of patients with depressive disorders in the study of creative problem solving. This specificity consists in deficiency of reflective regulation of thinking and domination of emotional regulation. The article also describes effectivity of combining cognitive psychotherapy with drug treatment: combination of these methods have higher results both in organization of thinking and in achieving greater efficiency in creative problem solving.
