Abstract

The paper discusses the experience of using Solution focused brief therapy in the practice of telephone counseling . It considers a theoretical analysis of t he possibilities and limitations of this approach in the helpline, a typical structure of a single telephone consultations, the perculiarities of work with the subscribers with different types of motivation. Several cases of telephone counseling are described to illus-trate the application of Solution focused brief therapy on a helpine services.
