Vladimir Ivanovich Lubovsky - an outstanding Russian psychologist, defectologist, Doctor of Psychology, professor, full member (academician) of the Russian Academy of Education - was born on December 15, 1923 in Vitebsk.We present a text dedicated to the centenary of V.I. Lubovsky.
