Abstract

Context and relevance. As a result of the analysis of scientific works, it was revealed that the problem of the peculiarities of the emotional sphere of a woman at the birth of a child with a disease has not been sufficiently studied. Objective. Early diagnosis of the characteristics of the attitude towards the newborn, the specifics of the psycho-emotional status and subjective perception of women, the presence/deficiency of social support at the birth of a healthy baby or a child with a disease. Methods and materials. The study involved 100 women. 40% of the representatives were in the neonatal pathology department due to the unstable condition of their children. 60% of women were in the postpartum department on a joint stay with the child. The study was carried out on the 4th — 7th day after childbirth. As a psychodiagnostic algorithm, the clinical questionnaire of neurotic states by K.K. Yakhin and D.M. Mendelevich [Yakhin], the method "Pregnancy Relationship Test" by I.V. Dobryakov modified by I.A. Zolotova, the Russian version of the SCREENIVF screening questionnaire "Diagnosis of the psycho-emotional state of women during infertility treatment" adapted by E.V. Solovieva were used. Results. In women who give birth to a child with the disease, a painful nature of neurotic manifestations, was revealed on the scales of “asthenia” and “obsessive-phobic disorders”. The prevailing factors “Increased frustration” and “Resource state”, are described, conditioned by the variables: “Anxious type of PCМD”, “Anxiety”, “Lack of social support”, “Helplessness due to infertility”. A direct correlation was found between the indicators characteristic of painful manifestations on the asthenia scale and the optimal attitude towards the newborn. Conclusions. Early diagnosis of a woman's psychoemotional status and neuroticism, as well as identifying the specifics of a mother's relationship with a child with a pathology and understanding the importance of social support, contribute to the creation of more effective individual psychological support programs and the application of habilitation and rehabilitation methods.
